My web portfolio

I have a lot of fun with what I do and over the years I've had the pleasure of working with many talented and amazing people. What exactly is it that I do? I have such a hard time answering that question! I guess that's because there are many aspects to my work.

The short of it is, I build websites. What many people don't realize is that a lot goes into to building a website, and that, of course, not all websites are created equal. So what I do largely depends on the needs of the client as well as the scope of the project.

When working directly with small businesses, I generally assume the primary role of Project Manager. Most often I realize the project from beginning to end, starting with defining a strategy with the client, to the creative development of the site, through to its technical development and integration. With larger projects, or those with more specific design and technical needs, I am also a Team Builder, bringing in other independant graphic artists and programmers to get the job done.

I often work for web agencies, advertising companies, and other professional creatives as well. Here I take on the role of what I call Web Producer, transforming the agency's creations into a dynamic experience. This means turning static graphic layouts into optimized web pages, Flash animations, and/or the occasional CD ROM.
